A la joie, à la beauté des rêves, à l’espoir qui nous tiens…
The year started early in January where I contacted Ivo at Röststätte Berlin for a documentary on coffee roasting. I had very few lighting possibilities at the time and I played around with my camera settings, lens aperture and the available light.
In the spring, I was invited in Hamburg for an outdoor shooting. I got to know Liza , beautiful model, angel face with provoking green eyes. Check in my portrait gallery for more. All shots under available light with a 50mm lens F/1,8
At the beginning of the summer, I traveled to Dresden for the next open air shooting at Zwinger with Johanna. Her baby doll face fascinated me. I had the impression to shoot a movie star from the 70’s. Some more nice shot wait for you here. Again I used my 50mm lens on a very shiny day.
Some more documentary came along with the summer. A trip back in time with Race 61 old timer festival for wonderful life style shots. Sony 16 – 70mm F/4 lens under mixed weather conditions. See the complete collection.
Before the summer came to an end I undertook a round trip in Slovenia on my bike with minimal photo gear. My 16 – 70mm, F/4 lens, wide angle 10 – 18mm, F/4 lens and a set of filters (vario400, POL). Over 700 km, West, South and East in 9 days. The photos are not yet published.
In the Fall, I decided to take more classes to improve my portrait and studio photography. I am proud to say, without intention of hidden advertisement, that I am very happy with the courses at “Lette Akademie” in Berlin. The best shots to be found under outdoor portrait and studio portrait.
Finally, some of my unpublished photo works were selected and exposed to public. At „praxis Schilling“ in Berlin Köpenick, at Gaststätte Endlers in Rheinsberg at the occasion of the Töpfer Markt in October 2023 and in Eiche bei Berlin for the 25th Fotoklub Forum exhibition.
